3D2N Cebu: Queen City of the South

April 27-29, 2016 It's my 3rd time in Cebu! This trip is part leisure and part business.   There's too many places to go and see but so little time. We definitely made the most of our free time. I am super thankful to my awesome companions!  They are such troopers! April 27, 2016 Our day started pretty early as our flight to Cebu is via Manila at 9:40AM.  Sadly, no flights available on that date via Clark.  At 3:00AM we were rolling from our place in Bataan.  At around 6:30AM we arrived at NAIA Terminal 3.  We queued at the Self-Check In Kiosk for our Boarding Passes.  Since we don't have luggage for check-in, we immediately proceeded to the Food Hall for breakfast.  Our group had plenty of time to spare.  We had coffee and cheesecake at Illy while waiting to board our flight. Coffee and Desserts at Illy :-) We boarded on time, however, due to air traffic management situation in Manila, our plane took off an hour late.  We arrived Cebu International

2D1N Sagrada Familia in Baguio City

Thanks to Expressways!  Particularly SCTEX and TPLEX, our trip last Saturday (10-10-2015) to the Summer Capital of the Philippines only took us about 4 hours!  Toll fees cost us about PhP 500.00 from Subic to Urdaneta, Pangasinan.  TPLEX, Urdaneta Exit Bladder Break at the TPLEX Urdaneta Exit It's our little lakwatsera's first trip to Baguio, and I'm sure it's not going to be the last:-D  She is a real trooper!  No hassles whatsoever during the trip.  Our group managed to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Manaoag, to pray for the safe trip and thanksgiving for all the blessings. Visit to our Lady of Manaoag with Nanay We had a quick stop over for lunch at a Bulaluhan before finally going to Baguio.  We stayed overnight at the Hotel 45.  While waiting for the availability of a Family room... 4D3N Trip to KL, Malaysia and Singapura (Day 4)

Day 4 (August 24, 2015) KL, Malaysia to Clark, Philippines We started our last day in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia very early!  Woke up at 4:30 A.M. as our morning flight back to Clark is scheduled at 9:00 A.M.  Although we already checked in on line at KLIA2 on Saturday, the said airport is still an hour's drive away from our hotel.  The good thing is that Metro Hotel again adjusted the availability of their Cafe an hour earlier at 6AM.  We have also arranged our transportation, a van from the hotel to take us to the airport at MYR 20 each! Not bad. We were rolling from the hotel at 6:30 AM... Thank you and Goodbye Metro Hotel! Till we meet again, KL! We reached the airport ahead of schedule.  However, we were again on some kinda' amazing race show as the boarding gate is tooooo far and the airport was huuuuuggeeee!!! Hehehehehe! Cebu-Bohol Adventure June 20-23, 2014

CEBU-BOHOL ADVENTURE J une20-23, 2014 Warning:  A "backlog" blog post, over one (1) year in the making :-D FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2014 (CLARK-CEBU) Arrival in Cebu City Since our flight to Cebu is scheduled at 8:40 PM, our group managed to report for work on Friday and went straight to Clark Airport after quitting time.  We arrived at Clark a little past 6PM, thanks to Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway! We traveled light, hence, we have no luggage for check-in.  We had no hassle checking in except for one of our friend who forgot her ID!  Tips for lakwatseras and lakwatseros, always bring a Valid Identification Card when traveling, it definitely saves time and effort:-)  Anyways, the good thing is that the Customer Representative from Cebu Pacific considered the digital copy of ID shown by our friend.
