Lakwatsera's Random Nuggets

My friend Anne and I have been craving for ramen since Ramen Sora opened a branch here in Subic.  The resto is just beside Aresi Restaurant & Bar.  So when Anne's hubby arrived from his 2-months work overseas, we went out and tried Ramen Sora's house specialty:  MISO RAMEN and soy-based SHOYU RAMEN.  Perfect for the cold weather!   Hubby and me enjoying our Ramen! House Specialty---> Miso Ramen (This serving's good for 2-3 persons) Shoyu Ramen (soy based)  Ramen Sora's food serving is quite generous plus it tasted really good!  Even the kids enjoyed their meals and the price is also affordable---> for me, this restaurant is POP na POP!! With Anne's hubby and kids @ Ramen Sora, Subic:-) The overall ambiance of the restaurant feels like being transported to Japan:-) Japan-Japan :-D Till next time!!! USNS MERCY's PRIMARY MISSION is to provide rapid, flexible, and mobile acute medical and surgical services to support Marine Corps Air/Ground Task Forces deployed ashore, Army and Air Force units deployed ashore, and naval amphibious task forces and battle forces afloat. Its OTHER MISSION is to provide mobile surgical hospital service for use by appropriate U.S. Government agencies in Humanitarian Civic Assistance (HCA), disaster or humanitarian relief or limited humanitarian care incident to these missions or peacetime military operations. However, the purpose of their PORT VISIT to SUBIC BAY is R&R.  The U.S. Navy hospital ship is berthed at the Alava Wharf from July 2, 2012 until July 7, 2012. Hubby and I were supposed to join our office friends for a three-day adventure up north this weekend.  It was supposed to be our first trip up there, I've been actually dreaming about the old houses and brick roads in Vigan, not to mention its famous longganisa, as well as the majestic Bangui windmills and the pristine beaches in Pagudpud.  Hayyy. Anyways, due to a family emergency, we will have to pass up on that trip.  I am instead leaving you here with a collection of photos of where I've been, while I finish up doing the collection of photos of where I want to be in the future :)  I am a wanderlust---I am lakwatsera!
