Beach Getaway: White Rock Water Park and Beach Resort

How quick time flies, it feels like just a few days ago when we said hello to summer via my post on the first week of March 2015 .

There was no shortage  of water activities this past few months, I must say Summer 2015 to date, has been the busiest! And the hottest!  I personally take a bath 2-3 times a day!

 So when schedule permits, we are either at a swimming pool or at the beach on weekends! And since we said hello to summer, it is but fitting to say goodbye! Last Saturday we did!

 Hubby and I were invited by my friend Anne and her family to join them at White Rock Water Park and Beach Resort for a beach getaway.

While waiting for the others, I roamed around the lobby and noticed that White Rock Hotel is spotless/very clean!

I fell in love with the ceiling!
We took advantage of the amenities inclusive of the Day Tour Fee of PhP 800 per pax.  I must say the resort lived up to its name.  Water Park indeed!

True enough when our day tour ended and reached home at around 8PM.  The sky started to act up with thunder and lightning.  It's nature's way of saying Hello Rainy Season!!!

2015 Summer Trip # 1: Sto. Niño, San Felipe Zambales

March 8, 2015 (Sunday) Welcoming Summer 2015 with a trip to the beach/food trip!  Some of hubby and moi's friends from the office decided to plan a trip to the beach with our families and kids to relax and beat the summer heat.  Our call time was at 6AM however with a few glitches we we're only rolling at 10AM... I always enjoy road trips to Zambales because of the smooth ride, no traffic, plus no toll fees! Roadtrip:  On the way to San Felipe Zambales We arrived at San Felipe Zambales around lunch time.  With the sun, the sea and the sea breeze we feasted on a sumptuous lunch:-) Pork barbecue, Korean Pancit, CPA and fruits for lunch:-) Double thumbs up Kuya Joe! A beautiful sunny day for swimming! Life is a beach:-) Hubby and me:-) I didn't get the chance to swim though because I had sniffles...better luck next summer trip!
