It's hubby and moi's second time to visit the City of Pines this year!!! Just in time for our 4th wedding anniversary celebration. We really enjoyed our lakwatsa to the maxxx. The weather was very nice and thank God---we had a safe trip. This time we went with our group of friends we call "Sagrada Familia": composed of hubby and me, Mama Joyce, Kuya Allan & Vienini , Kuya Pete & Ate Siony, Lim's Family-Boy, Libay, Kathleen and Ri-ri.
Some of our group pictures with our "uniform shirts" lol!
Allow me to share hubby and moi's 2008 & 2012 photos at the MANSION :

On a sunny Saturday at home, upon receipt of a text message from Ate Libay, hubby and I prepared our stuff and we're all set to go around 11AM. We were
suppose to roll around 12PM but due to some constraints at the workplace, as
Kuya Pete was still on duty... we were on the road at about 4PM last Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012.
Our group had a few stop-overs
along the road due to the long trip---mainly to use the rest rooms . We had
dinner at a Chow King branch in Rosario, La Union. Then finally, we arrived at our place of
accommodation about past 10PM---Baguio Overview Apartelle!
Welcome to Baguio Overview Apartelle:) Cheap yet Clean accomodation:)

Immediately after we checked-in
and freshened up, we went for a stroll at the Baguio City Night Market near
Burnham Park. I so looove shopping!!! Although, I wish I had a lot of moneyyy :D
Hubby was super happy with his
orange “Northface” backpack I gave him, likewise, I was super delighted with my
“new” Kylie Korean bag---an anniversary gift from hubby:) Yeheyyy!!! Everybody happy!!!

I super love the weather!!! We went back to Baguio Overview
Apartelle for some chit-chats and drinks. Then we called it
“mornight” around 2AM…
Our Sunday sched is a bit hectic
:D
We just had over 2 hours of sleep
then woke up at 4:30AM for the 8th dawn mass at Baguio Cathedral, after the mass, we
bought puto-bumbong and bibingka at the food kiosks outside the church and went
back to our accommodation for shower and breakfast.

Our first itinerary---strolling
and picture-taking at Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet then vegetable
shopping at La Trinidad Central Market.

The not-so-fun part was the
traffic jam on our way back to Baguio City for about 2 hours, grrr!
Just outside our accommodation:)
We had lunch back to the
Apartelle’s resto and then roll again to Camp John Hay, Wright Park, The
Mansion, Good Shepherd and Mines View Park for some photo ops with Dj- the St. Bernard and some Igorot costume--- then to our last destination ---SM
Baguio.

Hayyy---Time flies!!! A little
over 5PM we were on our way home!!! Fog greeted us at Marcos Highway and it was
almost zero visibility:(
Bye for now Baguio!!! I just can’t get enough of you!!!
Time really flies when you're having fun:-) Just like our recent trip to Bacolod, the Capital City of Negros Occidental last weekend Oct. 11-13, 2013, time flew fast:-) Dubbed as the "City of Smiles" and home of the MassKara Festival, held every 3rd week of October. Although our visit fell short of one week prior the actual festival, it's all good! We have great reason to come back next year. We took advantage of Air Asia's Seat Sale as well as Go Hotels promo. Our airfare and hotel accommodation was a steal for a little less than Php 2k each:-) As soon as my good friend Panx sent me a message via fb about the seat sale (that was around first week of September), I immediately told hubby about it. After booking, I did some research from blogs on the internet to help me prepare our itinerary. It's great to know that it will be the first time for all of us to get there, we're so excited esp. after reading the reviews about all the food and the amazing p...
June 6, 2015 Saturday How quick time flies, it feels like just a few days ago when we said hello to summer via my post on the first week of March 2015 . There was no shortage of water activities this past few months, I must say Summer 2015 to date, has been the busiest! And the hottest! I personally take a bath 2-3 times a day! So when schedule permits, we are either at a swimming pool or at the beach on weekends! And since we said hello to summer, it is but fitting to say goodbye! Last Saturday we did! Hubby and I were invited by my friend Anne and her family to join them at White Rock Water Park and Beach Resort for a beach getaway. Welcome to WHITE ROCK! Waiting at the Lobby of the Hotel While waiting for the others, I roamed around the lobby and noticed that White Rock Hotel is spotless/very clean! Staircase to the rooms upstairs Sunset Cafe near the lobby I fell in love with the ceiling! We took advantage of the amenities...
Thanks to Expressways! Particularly SCTEX and TPLEX, our trip last Saturday (10-10-2015) to the Summer Capital of the Philippines only took us about 4 hours! Toll fees cost us about PhP 500.00 from Subic to Urdaneta, Pangasinan. TPLEX, Urdaneta Exit Bladder Break at the TPLEX Urdaneta Exit It's our little lakwatsera's first trip to Baguio, and I'm sure it's not going to be the last:-D She is a real trooper! No hassles whatsoever during the trip. Our group managed to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Manaoag, to pray for the safe trip and thanksgiving for all the blessings. Visit to our Lady of Manaoag with Nanay We had a quick stop over for lunch at a Bulaluhan before finally going to Baguio. We stayed overnight at the Hotel 45.
